I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with lovely views of the mountains from my twin room on the 5th floor. The staff was friendly, but there were some issues with the service. The location was convenient, although it could use some updates to be more inviting. The dining was satisfactory, nothing extraordinary. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.

The hotel had a convenient location in a safe area of Cape Town, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The rooms were noisy due to their positioning overlooking the road, service elevator, and open stairwell nearby. The staff, although friendly and efficient, made some shocking errors with bookings at times.

The dining options at the hotel were simple but nutritious, and although not cheap, there were plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast.
Facilities

The facilities at the hotel were limited in terms of dining options and noise insulation in the rooms.
